The CSO services team is made up of professionals who were hand picked for their knowledge and experience in the career services community, technical savvy and dedication to providing the highest level of support to each of our customers.

There are several options for obtaining support from the CSO services team. You are welcome to use any of the following options with which you are most comfortable.

The CSO Services team is available from 8 am to 6 pm CT.

  • Live Chat: Live Chat is the quickest and most efficient option for working directly with a member of the CSO Services team on a support issue. This option is best for questions and how-to type issues as you will be directly connected with the next available services member.

  • Support Email: Support email allows you to send an email to our entire services team assuring that your email will receive the quickest response by the next available services member. This option is best for any detailed question or issues that may require any attachment (i.e. a screenshot or an example Word document).
    Important - This option is also available during off-hours, weekends and holidays.

  • Call Support: You are welcome to call us toll-free at any time. This option is best if you feel you may need to talk with someone to adequately explain your situation or if you just feel more comfortable talking to someone.

    Call 1-866-705-4201, then dial 1 (for the next available services member) or dial an extension if you are already working directly with someone.

  • On-line Support Center - The on-line support center provides you with access to additional documentation, your support history and your profile so that you can update your contact information.

  • Interfase User's Group - The Interfase User's Group provides the ability for you to submit an e-mail to the group which will be distributed to all group members. This is a great option to inquire how other user's are utilizing functions in Interfase or to ask any questions about office automation.
