• Schools collaborate to efficiently share employers and employment opportunities while streamlining the process for employers and students.

• Employers can post jobs in one central location and have it automatically distributed to all schools within the consortium.

• Career service centers can share jobs and employers with other consortium members.

• Employers can continue to post employment opportunities on individual school sites in addition to posting on the consortium site.

• Schools are not required to share a system with other consortium members and members do not have to be CSO clients.

• Students log onto just one system, yours, and view a much larger number of available jobs. Your office maintains the integrity and quality of these opportunities.
