Our experience in co-op goes all the way back to 1985, when CSO founder Erik Mulloy built a product called 1stPlace! to automate processes for cooperative education and internship offices. Erik founded CSO Research in 2001 and devoted his first efforts to solving the needs of the modern career services office. With all of the functionality complete and 500 career center clients, he and the CSO team began researching the additional needs of experiential education. CSO Co-op/Intern is the result of that research and development.
